This place used to serve straight up artisan pizza, but they’ve now changed to something slightly more traditional/fancy. Not knowing they had changed, I ordered sausage because you do not order plain cheese artisan pie. This pizza would’ve gotten a good score even without the sausage. Good crust (crisp and chew) and tasty fresh sauce, typical fancy STC ratio, which is to be expected. More filling and satisfying than it looks.
