Solid pizza! This Roman style pizza was extremely fluffy and soft while having a crispy crust. Good flavor! very different from what I’m use to. If you ever have the chance to try it you’ll understand but won’t disappoint.

Softer than I like and heavy handed with the cheese, but I love Roman Pinsa. The chew and flavor of the crust is outstanding. Lots of delicious looking pastries as well.
