Their salsiccia is fantastic. Sausage, onions, some kind of truffle oil or something in there. Could come crispier, it’s a toss up depending on who makes it.

Solid, thin crust authentic Neopolitan pie.

You can tell they care about quality ingredients here as the flavors are excellent. The pizza is doughy and lacks a crisp. Combine that with a nice venue and atmosphere gets this to an 8.1

Good flavor. Sauce is a bit strong and crust is both charred and doughy.

Fancy pizza. Wood fired and a solid tang on the sauce. Dough is soft flop at the center but perfectly crispy on the crust. Enjoyed this very much but nothing that blows my mind. I'll going 7.4... That's a review
