the sauce is extremely good. well seasoned perfect amount of salt and oil. also having a little bit of sweetness to keep you happy. the cheese was thick and evenly spread out. even eating it cold it was great. the basil adds a much welcomed freshness. the dough is very good though not on the same par as something like an artisanal pizzeria

Cornelini the most iconic little Italy restaurant in Montreal where Italian families come by packs of twelve or fifteen to spend their Saturday night. These guys know how to make pizza: the crust is absolutely delicious, the sauce isn’t bad. The problem is the cheese. Way too much cheese of a poor quality on this pie. It drowns the taste.

4 cheese had some flop and some tang but overall a very tasty slice
