Great overall pizza cheese has good flavor and so does the dough sauce is overall good aswell

A little greasy and too cheesy towards the middle of the slice. A lot of flop. Good crust and good sauce. Overall a solid slice of pizza

They call it “brick oven” pizza but the only brick here is the brick of mozzarella smothering the dough. This is an AGGRESSIVE amount of cheese, like extra, extra cheese. So much cheese that it completely drowns out the taste of the sauce. Dough is pretty thick too which makes for an extremely HEAVY slice. Less cheese, more sauce, a little more time in the oven to crisp it up and this pizza could make a leap into the 7s.

Good, not great. Very cheesy. A couple more minutes in the oven and i think that added crispness could have bumped the score into the low 7's. Overall Ritacco's is a great establishment. Great food aside from pizza.

Good crunch considering how much cheese they put on the plain slice. The grandma slice is a more balanced 8.3

Definitely should have gotten the grandma slice
