Pizza Review
They call it “brick oven” pizza but the only brick here is the brick of mozzarella smothering the dough. This is an AGGRESSIVE amount of cheese, like extra, extra cheese. So much cheese that it completely drowns out the taste of the sauce. Dough is pretty thick too which makes for an extremely HEAVY slice. Less cheese, more sauce, a little more time in the oven to crisp it up and this pizza could make a leap into the 7s.
