The latest iteration of pizza at Rivers is known as Martonaro’s Sicilian. You get a “slice” for $10. That seems expensive at first, but you can see you are getting a personal square pie for your purchase.
The pizza is filling. Thick and crunchy dough, with heavy slices of mozzarella drooped over the pizza. Crust is very enjoyable. Sauce doesn’t add much to the flavor, but Rivers makes up for it with adding parmigiana over the top, and its overall pleasant presentation. You certainly could do worse with casino pizza, so I’d say this is a nice add to the Rivers cuisine options.
