Fantastic pizza. Very thin pie so naturally there was some flop but not as much as floppy jack’s frozen pizza🤢. Best part was the sauce. I hinted some oregano and maybe some Saffron. 8.8 only because it was lowkey falling apart.

THE BEST on the Northshore, hands down. Open after 4pm. Bar pizza, crispy crust, and the cheese sauce combo is just right. Delicious personal pizzas.

Ask for it the old way. Some of the best around. Although the atmosphere helps create the score.

My favorite pizza for this style of pizza. Must eat it fresh. Absolutely love it.

Sauce a little too sweet. Decent crust. Pizza is served personal sized. Better with meat, cheese is weak and tastes like mostly sauce. In terms of grease/flop/crunch, you really can’t beat it. It’s crunchy enough for those who like a crisp...it’s also mellow enough for those who like a little dough. Hard to be both at once. Sauce keeps it out of the nine range as well as the absolutely obnoxious townies that inflate the score.

Full disclosure, I went last week and did get just a cheese. This week I added pepperoni and chicken. The pizza is great, they use high quality cheese and toppings, they cook it on a conveyor belt so you always get a consistent pizza. Overall impressed with the taste, it would be a high 9 if they cooked it just a little more. Not sure you can find a better pizza in Massachusetts.

Good at best. Local reviews are wildly high if they are even serious. Not crispy enough for bar pizza, too much sauce so the cheese falls off and greasy.

Solid slice, but must be a lot of locals inflating the score. The sauce was good but the pizza was definitely not crispy enough, was surprised to have that much flop on bar style pizza.

Best pizza in all the pizza game. Even beats town spa for bar pie. Go early and often. Pro tip. Get 3 per 2 people and always 1 to go for the next day. Cheese is of course the gold standard.

The unrivaled king of bar pizza. In my heart, I know it can’t be the best pizza in the world. But while I’ve had Di Fara, Frank Pepe, and all the rest of the best—I still choose Riverview every time. The sauce here is so goddamn unique. It’s flavorful and kind of acidic. Another reviewer on here called it sweet, which is BANANALAND. It’s not sweet. And that makes it all the better. All the ingredients they use make this stand out amongst the other premier bar pizzas. The crisp on this will melt your face off. I’d give it a 10.0, but I don’t believe in 10.0, plus that would be a rookie score. 😉

The best bar pizza in Massachusetts. Full stop. Town Spa, Poopsies, and Lynwood can go climb a tree, as far as I’m concerned. Riverview is the goalpost. The crust here is so crisp, with just a hint of butteriness, giving it the most subtle aspect of a grilled cheese. The sauce is incredibly robust, and unlike any other bar pizza sauce that I’ve had. They will put the toppings underneath the cheese unless otherwise requested (which I love). I would travel days for this pie. It’s in the diviest of dive bars, with wood paneling EVERYWHERE. It’s charming af. They only take cash and are closed on Mondays. It’s unbelievable that a man like Pres, who considers himself a Northshore man and a Pizza man, has not reviewed Riverview. For shame. I almost don’t want him to review it, because I know once he does, the place will become more of a mob scene than it already is.

Classic bar pizza. Crunchy crust, sweet sauce (special ingredient apple sauce) and the waiters talk shit if you act like an idiot. Pres come by and review this place.
