Great pizza! Solid sauce / cheese ratio. Crust was great too. Took off a little bit bc it was pretty greasy. Even so, pretty high score from me. Very filling too

We got the. Sicilian pepperoni pizza. Great crust and the sauce… recommended. Do not waste your time with other pizza

Thick square Sicilian style. Tried the traditional upside down red pie, and the traditional Ivory pie (sans cracked pepper). Red sauce is sweet. Cheese and bread are very good. Super filling pizza. Only 8 slices per pizza but you could feed an army. The white pie was very tasty but the truffle oil dominates the flavor profile. Beware. No flop, cause it is square. Crust is coated in toasted Parmigiano cheese and has sesame seeds (different). Overall very good, filling, and not cheap. But I dont expect cheap for artisan pizza. Definitely in the 7's and it'll vary, low to high, in the range based on personal preference. I plan to go back and try a circle pie.

Place has really good pan pizza as well but we are professionals here and a review of that is for another app. “Normal” slice is on the sweet and soft side and does both things well. Very seasoned sauce. Excellent fresh cheese and the crust is always outstanding.

Getting roni is a rookie move but this is a professional score. Decent, but wouldn’t tell my friends about it

Definitely some of the best pizza downtown in West Chester. Fancy, square pizza, and kind of deep. Not my style pie, but done right. It’s heavy and light at the same time, the cheese is super fresh which contributes to the slice having minimal oil. Sauce has string hints of oregano. Their pizzas are organic and use “farm-to-table” ingredients. Great box and slogan too. (We got the snap dragon which has jalapeño and sausage, I rated it as a plain slice and tried to ignore the sausage and peppers for the review)

These guys do two styles of pizza. They have pies as well as the square Sicilian style. I was pretty sure you had to call in way ahead to get the square so I didn’t specify that I wanted the circle pie. With that being said this isn’t my style of pizza so I’ll have to come back and try their plain pie. You can tell this pizza is quality and it’s pretty good but it’s just not my style. I did like the crisp of the crust, though which saved it for me. 7.2 that’s a review.
