It’s Neapolitan brick oven pizza. It’s awesome. One of the best pizzerias in the country. For those that don’t know this is the sister restaurant of Blanca, the biggest rated Italian restaurant in NYC. Carlo Mirarchi isn’t messing around. Dave’s not a Neapolitan guy and he’s not eating at the restaurant in this review. He’s a point low, high nines here all the way.

Very tasty pie. Sauce is tangy full of flavor and packs a punch of flavor combined with the nice milky cheese. I think if it had some more time cooking it to give it nice bubbles I think it would have hit mid 8s.

More new Neapolitan style than NY style so it’s floppy and not a lot of char but damn do these smallish pies taste good!
