Very tasty pie. Sauce is tangy full of flavor and packs a punch of flavor combined with the nice milky cheese. I think if it had some more time cooking it to give it nice bubbles I think it would have hit mid 8s.

Crust is amazing. Super thin. But the chili flavor is just too much. Throws off the balance of what could be an amazing pie

Quality ingredients , nice under carriage & thin/crunchy slices . I would have liked a bit more cheese though .

It’s their crust for me, the dough is so good. Any pie is amazing.

More new Neapolitan style than NY style so it’s floppy and not a lot of char but damn do these smallish pies taste good!

Unlike Dave, I loved the chili. Crust was out of this world. 8.4 for me.

The Beastmaster: Unique and excellent combination of toppings on an excellent crust. Not too wet for a Neapolitan-style pie.

Amazing tasting pie with great flavor and sauce. Just wish it wasn’t as floppy and soupy on top. But overall great pie
