Face on the floor!! I’m not much into this style but my god did blow my mind with the quality and flavor and yes it was crispy as I asked well done. This is the famous original without the chili. The cheese is unlike any other with pull and freshness matched with the oil drizzled over top that takes it to new heights. The sauce, fresh tomatoes for sure went into this and with the garlic made it unlike others of the style then there’s the crust, thin light airy and crispy the taste jumps out making me eat the flakes of the empty tray after. My only issue is I only got one. The ambiance inside is also just a cool place to come, plays by no rules of the other places and just does it’s own thing and does it great! I will definitely be back as this was shockingly good and all the other pies to come out looked no different.
