Roberto's Pizza

Round is a little better than the square but there’s alot of similarities. The better than average tasting extra sauce is better on both pies and has good fresh dough. The round is closer to a football pizza and the square is very thin by Sicilian standards. The cheese was okay tasting but on the chewy side for both pies. Overall respectable pizza. The wings were okay nothing special, very light on the sauce and good dry rub base, still can’t find a place to successfully put together a MPG (mild parm garlic) sauce mix, the search continues l.
