Roberto’s is and has always been the pizza in Elmhurst. Mama Maria’s cannot hold its jock strap

This is some quality top tier pizza. The airiness of the crust is delightful. Additionally the signature sauce hits just right. Perfect amount of cheese to top it off. Missing that ‘it’ factor though. Little to no flop and sub par undercarriage. This is one of the top pizzas in the local area!

Cooked well, ingredients fresh. Sauce ok could use a little more flavor. Dough cooked perfectly, but kind of bland.

Roberto’s is always great. First I want to talk about the biggest misconception about Chicago pizza. It’s about the thin crust not the deep dish. Perfect amount of sauce to cheese and the toppings are always fresh. Love the sausage here.
