No flop light but with a crispy undercarriage with the perfect amount of char. Cheese and sauce are good quality. I could eat this every day

Great crust, good sauce, cheese was a little bland. Solid pie overall.

Somewhere between a NY slice and a Neapolitan. Nice char on the bottom, chewy crust, little kick to the sauce. Like this pie a lot!

Good pizza, thin crust with a nice crisp, overall a good pie, just not the best I’ve had. If you are looking to get away from the typical Chicago pizza this is a good spot.

Awesome place. Sauce isn’t overly sweet or processed. Cheese is fresh. Crust is very well baked - one of the best I’ve had. It literally changes texture as you get closer to the end of the slice. Overall awesome spot and would really recommend

Kind of disappointed honestly. Got The Lia which is basically their cheese pizza. It tasted like it wasn’t freshly made, like it had been made maybe in the morning or day before. No flop which is good but the sauce had pretty much no tang or flavor. With what they are charging for the pie ($18) it was not worth it.

It’s a crunchy no flop, very thin, the sauce isn’t sweet which is a plus in my book. I really enjoyed it and very quick service

Insanely good. Everything on the menu is incredible. Ask about the ice cream pizza. It will change your life!!

Great looking pie. Very thin crispy pizza. It had no flop whatsoever. Over all great slice of pizza. I think Frankie would agree.

Robert’s is very good. I wanted to get into the 8’s but just couldn’t do it. We ordered the pepperoni and sliced sausage, then another of pepperoni, crumbled sausage, and mushrooms. The dough is airy and light with a good crunch. Sauce was also light but savory. The crumbled sausage is better than sliced, but that’s just a matter texture preference. Pepperoni is more salami-esque artisanal, which was a nice plus. Cheese was adequate for this type of pizza. Mushrooms were phenomenal; cooked and great flavor, not too rubbery. This is definitely one of the better Neapolitan style dough pizzas in the city.

Really good pizza, great crust. 8.8. The gnocchi was really good too.

I’m typically a tough critic when it comes to pizza, but I mean it when I say Robert’s Pizza 100% deserves a 9.9. My wife and I come here at least 2x a week, it’s become a ritual. We always try to sit at the bar, where Maria and Mike are always there to introduce us to their favorite pizzas and beers, and always take good care of us. As an East Coast native, Robert’s is the closest thing to home for us in Chicago. If you are a Chicagoan who loves his/her deep dish, you must come with an open mind. We’ve loved everything on the menu, but our go-to’s have been: The Lia and Grilled Sausage. Ask for a side of extra sauce, or their house-made ranch. Bonus - their pizza holds extremely well, so we always save some to bring home and re-heat. Robert’s is our special spot year-round!!! (We’ll bump the score to 10 once they put garlic knots on the menu :))
