There’s a significant lack of balance of sauce and cheese (barely tasted either) to the crust. Once the flat part of the slice is gone you might as well break out the EVOO because it ceases to be pizza and becomes bread.

Fantastic! Great crust, under carriage and flavor. Can’t ask for anything more. Saw Dave’s review and had to give it a try. We got to meet the owner, Robert, as well. Great person. Highly recommend.

First pizza in Chicago didn’t disappoint. Great crust, very good cheese. On par with some of the best I have had.
