Pizza Review
Robert’s is very good. I wanted to get into the 8’s but just couldn’t do it. We ordered the pepperoni and sliced sausage, then another of pepperoni, crumbled sausage, and mushrooms. The dough is airy and light with a good crunch. Sauce was also light but savory. The crumbled sausage is better than sliced, but that’s just a matter texture preference. Pepperoni is more salami-esque artisanal, which was a nice plus. Cheese was adequate for this type of pizza. Mushrooms were phenomenal; cooked and great flavor, not too rubbery. This is definitely one of the better Neapolitan style dough pizzas in the city.
