Robert's Pizzeria

This is my favorite pizza spot in Newark. I went here often for lunch for more than a dozen years. It's a popular place for Rutgers students which is across the street. This is a cheesy slice that is very light on the sauce. The slices are quite floppy but not in a bad way - the crust always has a nice crunch. Extra points in my book for the portion size - these are big slices!

Not the best I’ve had but not the worst either. It’s pretty average. Not much to write home about though. The crust was floury and the ingredients didn’t taste incredible. Sauce tasted a little cheap. It’s good in a bind where you just need to eat something but it’s not anything I’d ever go out of my way for.
