Alright Pre Season over. It’s opening day. This season we open with a hidden gem. A well kept secret. Rocco of Bed Stuy. A controversial scoring here because my partner The Architect Elroy wasn’t as high on this as I am. But I have to be honest one of the best round pies I’ve had in awhile. Straight round pie, hot fresh out of the oven, great sauce, good undercarriage, slice on the thin side but not paper thin like the hacks at Best Pizza. This is old school fucking New York slice. If this slice can talk it would sound like me. Underrated/hidden gem/best kept secret in town. If you love pizza, then ya gotta get over to Roccos. And if you work in the neighborhood, this is the pizzeria for you. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. What a way to open the pizza season, now let’s get some fucking wins and hold the trophy.
