A little too Neapolitan for my liking. Good undercarriage but otherwise light slightly soggy dough, sauce a little runny. Found it strange they put parsley on the pizza after it came out - unnecessary and arguably hurt it. Just wasn’t in love with this.

Was very good. Crust was fantastic. Was very saucy which is why the score wasn’t higher. Ingredients were really fresh and the sauce was vibrant and not too sweet. All and all really good pizza here.

Best fancy pizza in Rochester.
