Pizza Review
As a relative newcomer if you win best pizza of Queens let alone out in these parts and a coal fired oven, you’ve peaked my interest. Only 50 Sicilian pies are made here a day but if your lucky enough to score one, trust me it’s worth it. While the bottom of the pie doesn’t have the biggest crisp the outer edges are charred and crunchy to satisfy that itch with that awesome coal fired taste and the interior is that perfect pillowy soft melded to molten sliced mozz. The sauce is amazing, zesty rich and abundant with great bite from the herbation but what sets this off as all amazing upsidedown feature is an absolute F**k ton of grated parm, you just can’t beat it. To be honest the only thing keeping this out of the 9s is it’s take out only and had to eat it on the hood of my car like my OG pizza reviews, either way this place lives up to their hype and is extremely deserving of the accolades, truly a destination pizzadventure!!
