Meh, too much flop and a tad undercooked. Sauce was ok. Cheese was pretty greasy and there was a strong essence of parm. Garlic knots were an 8.4. I feel like this pie was 2 more minutes in the oven from being a 7.5. The nods to NY were cool. Love the Ramones, Sopranos and Larry David nods in the decorating in the eating area.

boy i want to rescore this pie but i have to go with my first score. very greasy, tons of flop and now i gotta get to a toilet stat and we just left 3 minutes ago. very "mid" if i can quote my niece.

Probably my favorite slice of pizza to date. The crust is thin, airy, light, and so crisp. Now when you go to fold it the crust just breaks, so idk if any “New York style” pizzas traditionally have a crunch like that but idc the dough sent this slice over for me. I realize my preference is that beautiful char they create on this pie. Maybe a little more cheese would be nice but not necessary. I enjoyed the regular cheese slice over the pepperoni. Another pizzeria worth traveling to in the Pittsburgh area.

I’m giving the review on (in my opinion) the better slice, the Sicilian pepperoni. The airy crust is like one I’ve never eaten before. The crunch on that cheese carmelized crust, and the sauce all come together to make this one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d drive many miles and miles for this. GET HERE!

Good crunch, good sauce & cheese

This is a solid pizza! The toppings are good quality, the dough has great flavor, the undercarriage is nice but could use a little less four on it (but not a problem at all). Nice crunch and thin too. So far it’s the best pizza near Westmoreland.

Fantastic pizza. I had just given up on finding a pizza worth rating 8+ in Pittsburgh, but then I came across Rockaway online and saw the potential, and it did not disappoint. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Pittsburgh.

Uncle and I are adventuring around for pizza and we came upon this gem. They really should invest in a bigger sign. Major flop and a lot of grease THE GOOD Dough tasted fresh. Thin & crunchy just how I like. The sauce had a zest to it that not enough pizza places really use. The cheese was stringy and kept its strong flavor when the pizza lost its heat. THE BAD The pepperoni in my opinion was horrible. It tastes cheap and greasy. That being said I still devoured this pie without issue. Next time I’ll get a cheese and all will be a’ okay 👌🏻

Absolutely fantastic. Without a doubt Top 3 in PGH. Worth the drive.

True New York style with great flavor.

Pretty solid NY style pie right outside the city. No flop & no grease. The flavor of the sauce & cheese didn’t really stand out for me. But there is nothing mediocre about this pie! I’ll be back to try their other styles

Impossible to score much higher for any pizza honestly. But the Vodka Margarita pie is tremendous. No flop or greasy, great flavor, and a great price. This place is legit, check em out.

The best pizza in Pittsburgh and it’s not even close. Vodka Margarita was thin, crispy, and chewy just like NY pizza should be. Ingredients seem to be high quality and the staff was very kind. Grandma pie was awesome as well.

Absolutely SUPERB NY style pizza. The best I’ve had west of Jersey, and honestly better than a lot of top rated spots out there.

I prefer New York style, and if you do as well, this is a great spot! Good flavor, great crisp and undercarriage. Only thing that I personally didn't LOVE was the zest of the sauce, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Definitely a pretty good place. Definitely one of the most NYC styles in western PA. Nothing super exceptional about this pizza, but also nothing below average as well! I’ll definitely return here at some point.
