Under new ownership called Lola

Its now Lola’a pizza. Right off the bat I got to say it looks pretty good. Huge slices, looks like it’s cooked to perfection. Let’s hope they use quality ingredients. Sometimes these places use shit, and that’s exactly what it taste like. But I’m gonna get into it and let you know. It’s the middle of the week, and I usually save these for Fridays, but since I’m gonna be closing fire Island this weekend, I figured I’d do it now. After the first bite, I got to say it’s pretty good. A little bit of flop. Seems to be decent ingredients, and a tad greasy. Sauce is lacking a little bit. But overall not bad. Decent undercarriage. Ok crunch.

*this spot is now Lola's Pizza* This score may seem inflated due to this place being a regular football pizza spot, but I give props if you can make great tasting pizza even if your ingredients aren't exactly the top shelf, and these guys do it with ease. Thin crust, crispy and a great undercarriage. The lasagna slice has good meat sauce and a nice helping of ricotta, the Buffalo chicken slice has blue cheese drizzle and the wing sauce is nice and hot! The 8.1 goes to both!

After trying Rodney‘s again you another time this pizza is absolute discussing is an edible to my high and refined palate. I do not recommend anyone eat this pizza if you’re over three years old. thank you.
