Roll N Crust

Roll N Crust is a pizza restaurant, less than a year old, in Fremont, CA. My wife and I dinned in, on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is build for events and has lots of indoor seating. They serve beer, wine, and lots of non-alcoholic drinks. In addition to pizza they have a wide variety of other items such as wings, fries, salad bar, and much more. The first thing that stood out was the customer service. The manager was kind, full of hospitality, and made our visit memorable by talking with us about the pizza and ingredients. The pizza was great. They use an unbleached organic flour which translated into a delicious crust and undercarriage. We ordered the combination pie and the ingredients were robust and fresh. My favorite was the linguisa which you don’t find and many other local pizzerias. Great vibe and awesome folks. I recommend!
