Not my usual choice to just pick up a plain cheese but I didn’t want a real heavy pizza for dinner. Pretty decent pie here, totally propped up by the wood fired char. Nothing spectacular but I would choose this pizza over a national chain any day of the week. The crust (outside of the good char and “campfire” aroma) could have a bit more flavor. The sauce had a nice mild flavor and, though a tad too much, the cheese was equally as pleasant. If I lived fairly local I could see myself getting my pizza fix regularly from Roma and not having too many complaints.
