Love this place for their Carolis - used to go to the location on 120th and Colorado growing up. As far as the plain cheese pizza - I think the dough is great, crust is good - cooked well... but it was just extremely bland! Roma’s toppings make the pizza but the plain cheese exposes the flavor (or lack there of). I will be back for the Carolis.
