Sauce is unique and so flavorful. Cheese to sauce ratio is perfect too, taste both equally. Then the trick with putting the pizza back in the over for a few minutes when someone orders, I think is KEY to a perfectly cooked pizza. Never will it come flopping down under your hand when you pick it up, but also not stiff as a board.
By far the most underrated pizza in 50 miles.
