The west side pizza tour continues as this week we find ourselves at Roman Fountain in Lakewood. We have your every day football pizza here, that had solid cheese and really good crust. The pizza was a little thicker than I normally enjoy, but this still had solid crisp. The sauce had a little too much tang for my liking and I wasn’t super impressed. I also thought the pizza needed to be tightened up (cheese and sauce was everywhere). Overall not a bad pizza - it’s a solid neighborhood joint, but it’s not worth going out of the way to get it.
