If they can cook it longer then i think the score can be higher.

Sauce has a nice tang. Crust is light and airy . Not a typical Margherita pie -- reg cheese instead of slices of mozzarella.

Taste sauce and cheese but crust lacking a bit. Pretty decent upscale bar pizza overall.

Looks like everyday square cut pizza but its not everyday pizza. Airy crust, tasty sauce and chesse not overloaded.
