Pizza is exactly what you’re looking for if you follow Dave’s criteria. New Haven style, light and minimal flop. Dough is fresh and each bit holds it crisp and has a crunch. Cheese seems very high quality with some potential age and well proportioned with a slight hint of parm in the back. Sauce is very fresh with just the right amount. It’s a legit 8.6. Probably head to head with Slice of NY for best Pizza around Pittsburgh.
