Phenomenal pizza. Rivals the traditional “Pizza in Teglia”in Rome: same Castelli ovens, and dough that is left to rise a whopping 96 hours. Pizza varieties displayed on the counter and prepared to order producing a light dough with a crunchy crust (al crocante). An exceptional product.

Incredible pizza, outstanding flavor and toppings, fluffy, light, crispy, not too heavy - never had Roman but I am a huge fan. This place is a must.

Best pizza in Sarasota without a doubt, and actually the best I've had in FL, to be honest. Roman style, so thicker than usual. Soft and airy, with a delightfully crispy undercarriage, sauce and toppings are delicious.
