First time eating Roman style pizza. Excellent crisp on bottom and not too heavy. Sauce had good flavor and ratio to cheese. Pleased to see the pepperoni cups (as a western New Yorker), especially when there’s a little char. The other slice was deliciously unique and my taste buds were so happy I tried it. Gorgonzola, guanciale, banana peppers and caramelized onions. We dined in at the clean and quaint spot. Sam (owner) and Wa took care of us above and beyond. Highly recommend above all other pizza places in Gulf Gate.
