Good crust and a tasty sweet sauce, the cheese is ok but I think it could be better. Romos still the best around I give it a solid 8.3

Seen this place got some good reviews, figured i’d give it a whirl. This pizza is a little different, more on that in a moment. Crust is pretty thin. Slightly thicker on that outer crust and the outer ring was coated in a dusting of garlic powder, not garlic salt like the one review had stated, it’s fuckin powder. Now... that being said, i have some mixed feelings on the garlic powder dusted crust. It makes the pie unique and gives the crust a little bit of zing, but im a traditionalist. I like simple pizza. It doesnt make the pizza bad though. This is very good pizza for the capital region. It probably deserves mid 8’s for being near Albany. Pick this place up and set it in Jersey, NYC or Long Island and its getting mid to low 7’s on a generous day. Cheese was ok, but a bit too much of it i think, back off the cheese and let the sauce shine, did i say the sauce is great? It was a little greasy, but the grease wasnt running all over the place. Mind you this pie was fresh out the oven, so the grease wasnt coagulated due to being cold, it just did this weird thing where it sat on the cheese in a yellowish orange layer. If i lived in Glenmont/Bethlem, this would be my spot for sure. Take half that cheese off, put a little Italian hard cheese in the cheese mixture, maybe like a Parm Reggiano or Pecorino Romano, and give it a little funk, ditch that garlic powder. Thats what id do.

Absolutely no flop. Great crust and and nice and crispy. Sauce has a very good flavor and no grease at all on the slice. Excellent slice.

Crisp Bottom with crunchy crust & GREAT FLAVOR is the sauce & cheeses - only takeaway is the garlic salt on the crust, other than that the pie was DELISH!

It’s good pizza, but certainly not the best in Albany as some reviews would have you believe. The crust is too chewy and it needs more sauce. Well baked, overall a solid 7.0.

Listen. What I’ll say is it’s different pizza then the usual football pizza like Angela’s. But don’t buy into the hype, this isn’t “I’m going to Italy for a pizza competition” pizza. They try and make it fancy with the garlic on crust except in the end it makes it taste like burnt garlic powder and is kind of gross. More I sit on it the lower I want to make the score but I already put 6.2 and your not allowed to change it.

These good reviews had me excited for some good pie, the owner was on local news going to pizza competitions. Well, it’s fine, definitely not worth the drive from CP. If I was in the high 7.0s for the first few bites of either the Margherita or the standard cheese, that got dropped to the low 5.0s with the first bite anywhere near the outer crust! The garlic! OMG, garlic salt, garlic butter, burnt garlic butter with garlic salt?! I couldn’t eat it 3” away from the edge! I’ve never turned back so fast. Not for me

Rookie score. I’ve always heard about this place. Good pizza for sure. Very good dough, nice and crisp slice, no flop on this one. Great crust, great crust. They put some seasoning on the crust that gives it a little extra kick. Some people don’t like that, but I sure do. Definitely can’t go wrong here.

Amazing crust, great sauce, perfect cheese ratio... it’s got the NY flop. When you Drive 30 mins to get a cheese pizza ... you know it’s good. Not to mention... blue cheese is home made and on point!!

One of the best pizzas in the capital region. Tremendous sauce and good texture and flavor for the dough.
