Romo's Pizza

Place is cool no flop, great staff. Pizza is okay, nothing crazy. Wish there was less grease,.

Great pizza. Cheese was great sauce could be a bit better. Crust was perfect. A little heavy.

Ordered the large Napoli and ate in. Great atmosphere & bar, friendly waitstaff. The pizza is the best in the capital district area and beyond!

Tried Romo’s New Haven style pizza on the first leg of a road trip and returned on our way back. The second time, we also tried the plain and the award winning pizzas. They were light and crisp, well done, and delicious! You can tell they care enough to select the best ingredients and put the extra effort into making it. The people were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. We were glad we circled back and plan to stop in any time we’re within an hour drive! 🍕

Great Flavor. Garlicky crust is a nice touch. Little greasy for my liking, could have had a nicer crisp and crunch on undercarriage but no flop at all. Sauce and cheese are solid. My pie did not look like what Dave got, just ordered a regular cheese. Undercarriage was definitely not as well done as his which would have been nice.

Parents brought it from NY to me in NJ so had to reheat it up. Was torn between 7.9 and 8.1 so out of fairness giving a 8.0 (rookie score, sue me). Good slices.

Just a good well rounded pie. I usually don’t like extra, but the garlic butter brush on the crust is a nice touch.

I think Dave hot it right on the nail with this one.

The New Haven had perfectly cupped pepperoni and was so good. My husband ate 4 slices.

The pizza (I got the award winning one) is great but also the staff is super cool and there's a ton of seating in a nice atmosphere. Good place to sit at the bar and eat pizza.

Had both the New Haven and New York Style. Both were excellent. New Haven is my choice between the two.

Had a delightful experience eating this pizza. One of the better sauces I’ve had. Cheese to crust ration was good. Crust tastes like a breadstick, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Great pizza, great service and staff. Also, the fries are fire!

Unfortunately I thought this pie would be in the 8’s based off of the two pies Dave received. Very disappointing. Your regular 7 pie that you can get anywhere.

went for a double dose today: the classic cheese & sicilian pepperoni. cheese slice: immediately burned my face off but this is a very solid slice with a tangy yet still delicious sauce & the crust is what saved this slice. this is a football pizza’s pizza. 7.2 sicilian: i wouldn’t really call this a sicilian based off of the missing thickness of what you would expect a sicilian slice to be this is more of a grandma pie slice to me. this kinda follows hand in hand with the cheese slice but didn’t pack as much of a punch with the crispness on the first bite like the cheese did. solid 6.9 for the kids out there. that’s the review.

No crisp. Very doughy. Was looking forward to it based on DP's review.
