Pizza Review
This is the Napoli 25.. the one Prez gave a 7.9… I could see why this isn’t his style, a little too much frills etc.. but for my money this is about as good a pizza you can do without an old coal fired oven or NYC water, or whatever the magic ingredient is that puts these places in the 9s. It’s thin, light, crispy, great pull on the cheese (fresh mozz and buffalo mozzarella) and finished with a little aged parm. The San Mariano sauce is perfect and as close as you’ll get to Italy…
