Roots Handmade Pizza

These folks insist on their “scissor cut” pizza. As the spread shows, you get 4 slices that are bald. The middle slices get the cheese (exceptional cheese). These jags will get a low rating because they think scissor cutting is important. All it does is make all the corners, crust only

A little doughy sauce and cheese are okay

Great crust, great sauce, great pizza. Not quite on the east cost leave but getting there.

Taco pizza from Roots (half no cheese shown). A QC-style cut taco pizza is hard to handle with all the loose toppings. Also having no table, a fractured dominant arm, and a big beard made this an adventure. Good not great.

Pepperoni green pepper wasn’t bad. Tasted better than it looked. Too much cheese, came off completely with a big bite! Very oily but good cheese and great crust!

Decent pie. Cheese is my favorite part, crust is just right and the sausage is chopped. Went with half taco style, good stuff. Could probably use some more sauce, but overall not bad.

Burnt crust and over not great. Don’t ever get their sausage it sucks

Good topping. Fresh ingredients. Any pizza here must have the sausage on it. Crust leaves a lot to be desired. Very chewy. A thin+ style pizza.
