Rosalia Pizza Linden Hills

Pizza was very good, sauce was slightly tangy and crust had great flavor. Wish I would have ordered it well done as it was a bit floppy. Left a little to be desired, if it were well done I could see it being well into the 9s. We will be coming back!

Great craftsmanship, flavor, and crust. It’s worth the price on a special occasion . This would’ve scored higher if it weren’t for the overly greasiness of the pepperoni.

Really confused over if this is Neapolitan style or not but Pizza was great. No flop, perfect amount of crunch, and nice tang to the sauce. Bonus points for good music, restaurant aesthetic, and friendly staff. Great date night spot.

All the elements of of great pizza tangy sauce, fresh mozzarella, wood fire oven, but only good execution… floppy doughy crust and some other ways it just could’ve been better. Good pizza and definitely enjoyed it, but not great.

Great Pizza. Neopolitanish, hints of New York style as well with a thin crust. Great flavors. Recommend completely!

My favorite spot. Forget the cheese. Forget the pepperoni. Get the Marinara and add Mozzarella and Basil. Straight fire. 🔥

The crust was good. Pepperoni was solid but the cheese was too salty and greasy.

Cup and char pepperoni is the only way to do it, therefore they do it right
