Rosario's Pizza

Iconic Pizza place in bordentown nj. Opened in 1972. I came here in the late 70’s and was great then. Probably haven’t been here in 10-12 years. In fact i called about a year ago to see if same owner is there. And, indeed he was. Never made it. Then I just saw an article on line that long time owner Salvatore passed away in nov. And the family decided to close. So the last day was this past Wednesday. My son an I went Tuesday!!! Excellent as usual. Bless Sal’s family. Great pizza guy. RIP.

Fails eye test. However, perfect ratio and above average sauce. Football slice with zero negatives. It’s not world class or something to travel for, but it’s above average. Brahms once said, “Balance is everything.” So true.

Super thin but not much crisp. Little bit floppy. Very cheesy which lead to some grease. Dough was good. Slightly below average slice.

Best pizza in Bordentown hands down. The pizza was crisp with little grease and good jersey flop. The wings were also excellent. Perfectly cooked. Crisp but tender perfect amount of sauce coverage. The cheesesteaks were delicious and had great taste. Overall good classic jersey pizzeria experience. Definitely coming back.

Thinner crust, cheese is eh. Cheese stays on there which is where it should be.

ahh rosario’s, a bordentown go to because it’s so cheap and they usually have the best deals, so the slice is pretty good, it’s a bit too cheesy and less saucy but the crust is perfect also a bit too greasy for my liking overall a solid 7, they can do better !

The best pizza this boring town has to offer. Crispy slices. A good jersey flop. Solid crust. Very cheesy. If you ever stop through this town and need a slice, go here.
