Rosario's Pizzeria & Catering

Recently tried Rosario’s Pizzeria & Catering, and overall, it was a solid experience with a few areas that could be improved. The crust stood out right away, as it was very thin with a crisp, almost cracker-like texture that gave each bite a satisfying crunch. There was also a generous amount of cheese, which balanced nicely with the lightness of the crust. That said, the sauce didn’t quite live up to the rest of the pizza. It lacked depth of flavor and leaned a bit too acidic for my taste. I also found myself wishing there was more of it, as the distribution felt a little sparse. Despite those drawbacks, the pizza was still enjoyable and while I’d consider ordering again, there are other spots in the neighborhood that I’d likely choose first.
