Rosario's Trattoria & Pizzeria

Tried based on high reviews, I cannot say I’m a fan. It was bland, undercooked, needed salt, texture of the cheese was odd. It just tasted stale or we got a pie that was sitting out or someone’s order that wasn’t picked up. I wouldn’t suggest to a friend, but try it for yourself and you be the judge.

Sitting slice but excellent very well balanced damn. Maybe a whole pie wouldve gotten it into the 8’s

Brooklyn style is awesome!

I got both slices but I am reviewing the gold standard. I felt that the score could’ve been a little higher but my slice was a little messy in the middle and fell apart. Good crisp on the outer crust lots of flop in the middle. Sauce is decent, but the cheese was phenomenal. Looks like a nice place to have dinner, not just pizza.

Brooklyn style Sicilian is where it’s at here. Standard pie is like a 7.1
