Unique Sicilian

The cheese makes this Pie. The sauce is excellent. Undercarriage was good. A lot of flop and the middle was messy. The crust was dry and hard.

Brooklyn style is awesome!

I got both slices but I am reviewing the gold standard. I felt that the score could’ve been a little higher but my slice was a little messy in the middle and fell apart. Good crisp on the outer crust lots of flop in the middle. Sauce is decent, but the cheese was phenomenal. Looks like a nice place to have dinner, not just pizza.

Brooklyn style Sicilian is where it’s at here. Standard pie is like a 7.1
