“Anthony’s Special” with ricotta instead of red sauce. Was cooked perfectly, no flop, no grease. I’ve had it a few times before and I think having the large vs the extra large makes a HUGE difference

Ordered the thin crust. Decent sauce and toppings, not much crisp, basic mozz, and a little too much grease.

Lots of flop, extremely greasy. The cheese was falling off of the crust. Cheese and pepperoni were solid. The sauce was a little tangy in a good way. This is the tall guy on a basketball team that intimidates the opponents, but can’t really play. This pizza just didn’t have the fundamentals.

Nothing that looks like much. Yet one bite into this ricotta goodness. You’ll leave happy. Cheese is phenomenal, and it has a great crunch. Traditional cheese pizza gets a 7.4 Get the New York Style at Rosas if you want the classic no sauce cheesyness.

Solid pizza here, but not that rememberable. The crust and cheese was just ok, but the sauce had great tang. However this pizza loses major points because it was SUPER greasy and the cheese fell right off the pizza. Should be noted they cut their pizza “St. Louis style”.
