Best Grandma Pie

A very good football pizza. No flop, crispy crust and good flavor. The cheese was interesting - didn’t taste standard. Not sure what it was (maybe heavy on parm) but was solid. Sauce was good but could have used a bit more oomph

This may be a biased review but I don’t care! Rosa’s Maspeth is my childhood pizza and makes my all time favorite slice, the upside down Sicilian! If I had to eat only one thing the rest of my life it would be that slice! These scores could have been even higher if the slices were right out of the oven!! ⭐️ 9.2 Upside Down Sicilian ⭐️ 8.5 Ravioli Slice ⭐️ 8.0 Taco Slice

Cheesy and greasy like your sista but ill take it, solid crunch and sauce is class. I need it to be more welldone. Right on par with prez. Roll michigan

Excellent upside down square. Perfectly cook loaded with cheese and topped with sweet sauce. Up there with some of the best squares in the city.

Just the Sicilian though

Regular cheese is average. It’s a big doughy and heavy on the cheese. Not bad just average. Sicilian is much better for them 7.9

Just a quality New York slice

Very cheesy, quite a bit floppy but always fresh, saucy, and good crust.

A lil too greasy but that’s due to the pepperoni. Nonetheless a solid slice that you can’t wrong with.

Very good slice. Solid sauce good amount to cheese. Crust chewy, sturdy. Cheese was good, little too be for improvement here. The ravioli slice behind maybe an 8.9. Somehow completely changed the flavor of the pie.

This is the benchmark. Period. You go here and get the upside down slice. That’s just what you do. Don’t listen to dudes from out of town about this spot. This is the real deal.

The upside down square probably the best in queens or on equal terms with any nyc joint. Crispy and light airy corner slice well done carpet bombing of grated cheese complimenting the amazing hearty sauce and the mozz underneath with good pull and melted perfectly to the top of the crust. Old school counter and booth place with great people a top spot for sure!!

Not bad, not good, needed to be hotter.
