Where are we Frankie, we’re at Rosati’s. This pizza has 0 flop and solid crisp. Cheese has a good taste and sauce is tangy. If you’re in the area it’s a solid place but there are better places. Also a medium can feed like 4 people which is a plus.

Wanted to get this one on the books as this Rosati’s location has gotten some backlash over the fact that they don’t make a deep dish pizza. I’ve had the traditional Chicago deep dish at their other locations and is quite enjoyable. Their recommended substitute is pan pizza, which is that I got. Let’s just say that they should find a way to make the deep dish. I’ve reviewed several Rosati’s locations and my biggest gripe is their quality control. I’ve had both my best and worst pizzas from Rosati’s over the last 20 years. You’ll never get the same pizza twice. They’re typical on the better side though. This pan pizza was just alright. I usually don’t order pan, but this one seemed a little dry. It needed more sauce and cheese too. As far as taste, it was good, just didn’t like the execution of it. I’m sure this won’t be my last Rosati’s review, but if pan is your thing, it might be worth a shot.
