Perfect crisp, great undercarriage, doneness on point

Not a very good slice of pie.

Plastic wrap on top. Pan pizza gives it a thicker crust. Whole pie is solid with toppings under the cheese. Better pizza out there in Chicago, but this does the trick.

Has decent sauce, it’s pretty heavy, crust could be a little crispier
