Rosati’s is a staple in the suburbs of Chicago, with many locations spread throughout the suburbs of Chicago. The thin crust is a flour based crust with a buttery finish, however it’s missing the crispy crunch that is usually associated with thin crust pizzas. The sauce is savory and smooth, and there’s an ample amount of it on the pizza. My biggest problem with this pizza was the execution. The pizza was very messy, and the middle was a pool of sauce and cheese. In the end, even with the lack in consistency and execution, Rosati’s still remains as a somewhat solid choice if you’re in the mood for a thin crust, Chicago style pizza.
