Rosati's Pizza

This pizza has potential but is lacking ratio. The crust was what made this pizza slightly ok. It was dry and cracker like, but too much so. The taste is very good but the texture is lacking. The cheese tasted good but there was too much of it. It’s nicely salty but very greasy The sauce in this pizza was very good. It was nice and sweet but not too much so. Overall this pizza seemed lazy. It’s ok/good but is lacking in some ways. It’s catering pizza.
