Rosati's Pizza

This is tough. When the pizza is correct, it's on punto!!!!! I'm mean some for real high 7's. But the last 3 times we had our orders not only wrong but VERY wrong. In different ways each time. Bad staffing isnt a reason to kill the pizza makers score but management should pick it up with the training.

Good thin crust square cut pie.

I’m personally not a fan of square cut pizza, especially those from pizzerias that pride themselves with their crust. The pizza was overly doughy, with an undercooked, braided crust. And because of the way it was cut, all the tiny pieces along the outside were all crust. The cheese was decent, and the cannolis were fantastic. I probably won’t order this pizza again.
