Rosati's Pizza

I was born and raised in Chicago so I get sick of having to eat New York pizza here because I think it is all tasteless and all the same. I was really exited when I heard they opened a Rosati’s in Port St Lucie so I took a road trip to give it a shot. Cheese and sauce were fantastic but the middle of the pizza was severely undercooked almost doughy. Wanted to love it but it was meh.

Very good deep dish pizza. Cheese was really good. It did not disappoint.

Alright Pretty disappointing with this joint. 18 bucks for this paper thin geometrically irresponsible cut pie. If your going to cut them in squares at least cut all the way through the pie. The crust just crushes in your mouth blah. The cheese blend is good and not much sauce. If I go again which would be rare I’d just get the 5 dollar slice.
