Rosati's Pizza Pub Authentic Chicago Pizza

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Unfortunately for Rosati’s I’ve been to Lou Malnati’s in Chicago, so I know just how good Chicago style can be. This pizza from Rosati’s just doesn’t live up to the GOAT standard. It’s still good, mind you, but the dough was spongy, the cheese sparse, and the sauce overly sweet. Maybe they’re better at other times, idk. Still a good score.

Good tasting pizza, quality ingredients, rough execution. They lost half a point, because even though I asked them to cut it pie style (like most pizza), they still cut it into squares "on accident" (their style), which was messy to eat the pieces without crust. I actually liked all the ingredients, but I definitely prefer it cut like a normal pie. Kudos for not skimping on the toppings though, didn't even need to ask for extra cheese.

Cooked perfectly, sauce even with every slice and awesome crust snap. That's a Review
